Together, Tiffany and Amy bring two sides of service together — the hands-on HVAC experience needed to solve problems in the field, and the operations background needed to make the customer experience feel simple, informed, and trustworthy.

Tiffany brings the technical knowledge and hands-on field experience behind Slant Field Services. With a background in science, practical problem-solving, and HVAC service, she approaches each home with curiosity, care, and a commitment to finding thoughtful solutions that make sense for the customer.
Her focus is on honest service, reliable workmanship, and helping homeowners feel confident in the comfort and health of their home. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys long-distance hiking and has completed both the Appalachian Trail and Vermont’s Long Trail — a reflection of the same grit, focus, and problem-solving she brings to every job.

Amy brings more than 20 years of customer service and operations experience to Slant Field Services. Her background in service-based business operations, communication, accounting, HR, and customer support helps create the organized foundation behind the company’s homeowner-focused approach.
Her role centers on clear communication, thoughtful follow-through, and making sure customers feel informed, respected, and confident from the first call to the final invoice. Outside of work, Amy loves the beach and creative projects like painting and journal making, bringing that same eye for detail and personal touch into the way Slant communicates and connects with customers
